Miss RougeBook for Wedding
A classic red lipstick always makes me feel confident, my aim is to give every bride the same confidence on their special day! I love being a makeup artist because I have the skill to make every client (bride) feel like the most beautiful version of themselves. I knew I wanted to be a makeup artist from the age of 14 when I fell in love with film and T.V makeup. Doing makeup then became my art, my passion and now I’m glad to say my career. I studied for a National diploma in Media Makeup and hair at West Thames college (West London) where I enhanced my artistry skills and found my love of vintage makeup and hair. A classic 1940’s red lip and pin up curls gave me the inspiration to create Hollywood Glam looks for many of my clients. I went on to further my career working with Benefit Cosmetics, an established brand in the industry and more recently as a business manager for Hourglass Cosmetics, a Luxury Cruelty Free brand. Working with Hourglass I created many different looks for special events and weddings, always helping clients to achieve a flawless glowing makeup look for any occasion. Most of my work has been with clients one on one, but I have also worked on Magazine photo shoots, charity fashion shows, London fashion week and other media photo shoots. I am a perfectionist regarding every detail when it comes to my clients needs. I have a very calming influence on my brides and their bridal party and I make it my goal to keep them relaxed throughout the whole process.
